Refund Policy

Since, We provide two months free of cost evaluation period, and our services are post paid. We don't offer any refunds. In case, You have made a payment online and your money is deducted but your receipt is not generated then Please write to support@school24by7.com with transactions details and we will process your request within 72 hours. If you are unhappy with our services and wants to discontinue then raise a discontinuation request before one month.

Cancellation Policy

  For cancelling your subscription, Please write an email to support@school24by7.com mentioing your school name in the subject. We will initiate the cancellation within 48 hours.

The mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account.
